We both operate in a tough, competitive environment, Our illustrious past has given us a very sound base on which to build. The acquisition of Du Parts International and the formation of Parts International established us as an international manufacturer, exporter & marketer of quality automobile parts which lead and dominate their field in a variety of market segments. Our joint success depends upon our strategy for today guaranteeing our future success for a profitable tomorrow. Fundamental to this belief are two themes :

1. Diversification of effort only leads to a dilution of the strengths which we already have. We are therefore concentrating our activities on products groups where today we are strong and successful.

2. Despite the fierce competition from low quality, cheap and frequently imported spares, we have decided not to lower our standards in any way. We have not succumbed to the temptation of introducing an economy or budget range of products. We have improved our competitiveness by product re-design and critical cost-analysis. This has been achieved without sacrificing product quality and without increasing stock holding costs. Simply our products are designed and priced to ell, offering our distribution channels a reasonable profit on investment and offering the consumer a top quality product at a value for money price.

PRODUCT RANGE
Our future will be built on quality tools manufactured on high-class machinery. The emphasis on production will be for higher volume and lower in costs. We intend to manufacture more products in our factories to price level more effectively tailored to our customer requirements.

Our plans dictate that our range will be dynamic. Continuous developments will result in new products being introduced, always concentrating on those market segments in which today we are already having a strong hold.


DISTRIBUTION
Du Parts products will continue to be distributed by the most effective channels available in any country in the world. We shall seek to improve that distribution if necessary to provide customers with the best possible service related to our ranges.
